310 Lakeside

We dropped by here right before attending a concert for dinner and had reservations. We were seated immediately and all of the staff we encountered were friendly, although toward the end of our meal it did seem that they were in a rush to get us out of there. I guess I could understand if the restaurant was full, but it wasn't. We ended up leaving our table and going to the bar before calling our Uber to take us to the concert. The feeling of being rushed is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The food was great. No complaints at all there, and despite the feeling of being rushed the service was also excellent. We would definitely return!

Although having a seemingly limited brunch menu, the food was really good. Tasted clean and fresh. I had a smoke salmon omelette which I've never seen before but was a great choice. They had 5 different flavors for unlimited mimosas during brunch and had a wonderful view of lake Eola. There wasn't Much noise and it was a nice spot to eat catch up with friends and receive great service. A bigger brunch menu and maybe a dj would put them on top but its located near downtown which gives you access to walk to the fun after eating.

Good food, but it’s a bit pricy. I saw some good reviews for the place, and thought I would give it a try. The service was pretty good. We waited a while to be served, but Cooper came over and took good care of the table. I wanted to try the baked Brie appetizer. It was pretty good, but the accompaniments were small for the price. I expected fresh fruit and more of a variety of spreads and breads. I we ran out of bread quickly even with the large amounts of cheese we spread on each serving. Kinda stingy for the price, but it was tasty.The salads were pretty good. They didn’t have anything amazing about them and we had to ask about dressing instead of having a list or a dressing that goes with it.Not really anything that Wow’d my guest and I. For the price, you can get more variety elsewhere. It’s worth a “one and done trip”, but I can’t see becoming a regular or dining here often.

My team and I dined here for our Holiday Outing on Friday and had a fabulous experience! The food was delicious, and Sabrina made sure the drinks were always filled! Thanks so much!

An absolutely fantastic venue, staff, and food! They are doing an outstanding job during trying times. My highest recommendation!!!

Once you find it, (it’s hidden on the ground floor of an office), it’s great. The service was especially good.

We went for appetizers and drinks last night. Both were amazing! The only reason I’m giving it a 4/5 is because the service was a little slow for what seemed like a pretty slow night. The staff was extremely friendly, but it took a while for us to get greeted and a little longer than preferred to get condiments/other requests. Otherwise, great place! Will be back :)

This restaurant was quite good! I'm somewhat cautious in ordering steaks out from restaurants I've never been to but the chef(s) here know how to cook a proper steak!! The meal was excellent, the drink pairings and selection was amazing and lastly the service was friendly and professional! Made my way all the way into the outskirts of the city for this one and I will be coming back! There is ample city parking available, both covered and open parking, you'll just need to pay for it. A great date night restaurant and a nice spot to grab a beer or drink after work!

We ended up at 310 yesterday when we couldn't get our food from another nearby restaurant. Our waiter was very nice. We got our food in a timely manner. Thank you for saving the day!!

My friend and I were so excited to finally goback out to eat. DeeAnna was our server. She was most accommodating, as we had a lot of catching up to do. The calamari was spot on and the drinks made me order a second round. The view CANNOT be beat. Go. Just GO. ❤️

Okay experience. We were told they were running an hour wait but there hardly anyone there even we arrived. The baked brie ppetizer came with half the main courses and had the bacon we had asked to not be added. Thankfully it was good. The pasta was not good. The Impossible burger was excellent. Chocolate trifle was decent.

While interviewing in Orlando I had both lunch and dinner here. The tuna salad is a must, it was was light but also filling. The views during the day and night of Lake Ebola are totally worth sitting outside for.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at 310 Lakeside, and don't have a single negative thing to say! Hillary, Hannah, and the entire staff went so beyond our expectations in their service it truly warmed our hearts. The excellent team aside, the venue is a gorgeous on its own, and also provides a neutral but elegant canvas for however you're envisioning your event. The food was delicious and its located in the most beautiful part of Downtown Orlando by Lake Eola.I can't recommend this place enough for your intimate wedding needs!

Lakeside downtown Orlando directly across from Lake Eola with a beautiful Fountain the food is spectacular I recommend any dish on the menu the ambience is good in a fair price it's a notch up it's a great evening out with your favorite lady or friend

This is a lovely location trendy, nice decor lakeside and very romantic. Service spot on, drinks well crafted This party of three ordered several dishes to share, over all the dishes were good some just okay. I'm sure people in Orlando rave about this spot, but for this reviewer it was a one-and-done. The best dish was the baked brie, the crab cakes we're more like crab towers , garnish with less than tasty fried cilantro. The tuna poke was a winner, as for the Black and Bleu flatbread, we found it pretty flat in flavor.

Really nice place. I stopped there kind of late so it was quiet. There were only about 8 people around the bar and a table outside on the patio. The bartender, Sarah, had a very pleasant and engaging personality. She was very attentive with all of the guests and even made recommendations about the menu. I went with the Tuna Poke and thought it was excellent. Next time I'm in town I would definitely go back here.

Nice ambiance, right downtown with a spacious patio. The food and service was fine. There were little things that suggested they didn't pay attention to details like the bathroom (clean stuff off the walls as well as the floor). The men's sign on the bathroom door (damages and coming off) and that two service hosts stepped over and on a menu that had fallen on the ground. It wasn't a bad experience but could have been better

Super location, fabulous downtown setting & views but in somewhat desperate need of a makeover. Went for brunch, bar some ladies being rather loud, an excellent deal. Beef & eggs Benedict, 3layer choc cake & coffee with endless Mimosa (2 4 me !!)

The 310 Lakeside is definitely one of the most romantic places in the town.Not only for couples , but is a good place for families as well.I've been here with my family several times and everybody among us love to be at this place.The food that they offer is amazingly delicious and the place has a very good vibe in itself.Provides a really good dining experience.Moreover , the presentation of food is really good.

Great brunch spot with Amazing view of the lake

You'll need a reservation to eat inside the establishment, otherwise you'll be dinning outside, which is not necessarily a bad thing as it faces a "lake". The wait staff was friendly and the food at the time was delicious. However, upon arriving home, we discovered we had a terrible case of food poisoning as both parties were affected. Its hard to give accurate advice because the food was good, but I strongly caution it as we did experience food poisoning.

Saturday night, after 9pm. Patio, temp in the 60's. Service at 110% this restaurant should be 5 stars. Friendly staff, fast appetizer Baked Brie, Ginger Mule, Flatbread Pizas and Ceasar salads.

Great atmosphere! Wait staff was very friendly and helped us get a table despite how busy it was (a large party was waiting to go into the private dining room). Food was excellent! Had the filet mignon and baked brie. Beautifully cooked, lovely presentation.

On November 17, 2019 we had our wedding here and it was PERFECT! Living in Florida, our weather is unpredictable and on that day the weather was in the 40s/50s and windy. We were set to get married outside on the patio at 11am. Hannah and her team did the unexpected and arranged our ceremony to be held in doors and it was perfect! We could have not asked to work with a better team than the 310 Lakeside team! We had a brunch buffet style wedding reception and it was the talk of the family! Everyone is still talking about how good the French toast was!!! If your looking for intimate, affordable and with great food choices we highly recommend 310Lakeside!

Food was great. The service was excellent, and the unlimited mimosas were great. They offer a variety of flavors from traditional to mango. We loved our brunch.

Great atmosphere and wonderful food. The pasta with salmon was utterly amazing... not joking. Thanks Drew for the great service as well! Will come back for sure!
